A $30 cleaning fee applies to all BBQ and grill rentals to ensure it’s returned spotless and ready for the next event.
Transportation & Setup Instructions:

Fill Water Pans:
Before lighting, always fill the water pans under the unit with water. Refill as needed during cooking to maintain safety and prevent grease flare-ups. -
Mount Propane Tanks:
Attach one or two 20 lb. propane tanks to the back of the unit. The tanks will rest securely in their brackets during use. -
Secure Hoses:
Hang the gas hoses on the hangers located under the rear legs of the unit for safe transportation.
Barbecue Lighting Instructions:

Connect Propane Tanks:
Securely connect the gas hose(s) to the propane tanks and ensure the green nut on the hose is tightened. -
Open Grill Hood/Dome:
Make sure all valve knobs are in the OFF position before igniting. -
Turn On Gas Slowly:
Open the gas supply valve slowly and wait 15 seconds before proceeding to ignite. -
Ignition:
Turn the red pilot valve to the ON position. Use a long stick-type lighter to ignite the lighter tube on both sides. Once the lighter tube is lit, the main burners will automatically ignite. -
Check Burner Lighting:
Ensure that all burners intended to be on are properly lit. Adjust as needed for your cooking preferences.
After Use:

Turn Off Gas:
Ensure all knobs are turned off, disconnect the hoses, and remove the propane tanks. -
Empty Water Pans:
Be cautious when emptying the water pans, as they will remain hot for some time after the BBQ has been turned off. -
Check BBQ Components:
Ensure all pieces of the BBQ are accounted for before returning.
