Transportation and Setup Instructions:

  1. Fill Water Pans:
Always fill the water pans under the grill before lighting. These pans must be kept filled with water during cooking. Refill as needed to maintain safety.

  2. Mount Propane Tanks:
For proper setup, mount one or two 20 lb. propane tanks on the back of the unit.

  3. Hang Gas Hoses:
During transportation, hang the gas hoses on the hangers under the rear legs of the unit.

Barbecue Lighting Instructions:

  1. Connect Gas Hoses:
Ensure that the gas hoses are securely connected to the propane tanks.

  2. Open Grill Hood/Dome:
Make sure all valve knobs are in the OFF position.

  3. Turn on Gas Slowly:
Open the gas supply valve slowly and wait 15 seconds before proceeding.

  4. Ignition:
Turn the red pilot valve to ON and light both lighter tubes using a long stick-type lighter. When lit, the main burners will ignite automatically.

  5. Check Burners:
Visually confirm that all intended burners are lit and adjust them as necessary.

After Use:

  1. Turn Off Gas:
Ensure all knobs are turned off and disconnect the propane tanks.

  2. Empty Water Pans:
Carefully empty the water pans. Be mindful that they will remain hot for some time after the BBQ is turned off.

  3. Check BBQ Components:
Ensure that all pieces of the BBQ are accounted for before returning it.
