Setup & Transportation:
✅ Water pans must be filled before lighting & kept filled during use
✅ Requires 2 standard 20 lb. propane tanks (sold separately)
✅ Secure propane tanks properly before transport
✅ Hose hangers provided for safe storage during transport
Lighting Instructions:
1️⃣ Connect and secure gas hoses to propane tanks
2️⃣ Open grill hood(s)/dome(s) before igniting
3️⃣ Slowly turn on propane valves and wait 15 seconds
4️⃣ Turn lighter tube (red knob) to ON and use a long stick lighter to ignite
5️⃣ Ensure the pilot is burning, then turn burners to high
6️⃣ Adjust individual burners as needed for perfect cooking
After Use & Return:
✔ Turn off gas control knobs & propane valves
✔ Disconnect & remove propane tanks
✔ Empty water pans carefully (pans stay hot after use)
✔ Ensure all BBQ parts are present before return
